Material

Using a patented formula the Revolution Pool Cover is made from a unique polymerized plastic that is designed to be strong, flexible, UV stable and chemically resistant while transferring heat in one direction and thermally insulative the other. It is made from a five layer structure fused together in manufacture, resulting in it being very tough, robust, yet low in weight and straight forward to handle.
