Using a patented formula each Revolution Pool Cover is made from a modified polymerized plastic that is designed to be tough, supple, UV stable and chemically resistant while being both thermally conductive in one direction and thermally reflective in the other. The cover is made up from a 5 layer laminate fused together in manufacture, making it very tough, robust, yet light weight and straight forward to handle.
