Using a patented formula each Revolution Pool Cover is made from a modified polymerized plastic that is engineered to be strong, flexible, resilient to ultra violate attack and resistant to chemicals while transferring heat one way and thermally insulative the other. It is made from a five layer structure heat joined together in manufacture, resulting in it being very strong, robust, yet low in weight and easy to handle.
