Using a patented formula each Revolution Pool Cover is made from a special plastic polymer that is designed to be tough, flexible, UV stable and chemically resistant while transferring heat one way and thermally reflective in the other. The cover is made up from a 5 layer laminate heat joined together in manufacture, making it very tough, robust, yet low in weight and straight forward to handle.
