With its patented composition the Revolution Pool Cover is made from a modified polymerized plastic that is engineered to be tough, flexible, resilient to ultra violate attack and chemically resistant while being both thermally conductive one way and thermally reflective in the other. The cover is made up from a 5 layer laminate heat joined together in manufacture, resulting in it being very tough, robust, yet low in weight and straight forward to handle.
