Material

With its patented composition the Revolution Pool Cover is made from a modified plastic polymer that is engineered to be tough, flexible, UV stable and chemically resistant while being both thermally conductive one way and thermally insulative the other. The Revolution is built up as a laminate of 5 layers fused together in manufacture, resulting in it being very strong, robust, yet light weight and easy to handle.
