Material

With its patented composition the Revolution Pool Cover is made from a modified polymerized plastic that is engineered to be tough, flexible, resilient to ultra violate attack and resistant to chemicals while transferring heat one way and thermally reflective in the other. It is made from a five layer structure heat joined together in manufacture, resulting in it being very tough, robust, yet light weight and easy to handle.
