Material

With its patented composition each Revolution Pool Cover is made from a modified plastic polymer that is engineered to be strong, supple, resilient to ultra violate attack and resistant to chemicals while being both thermally conductive in one direction and thermally reflective in the other. It is made from a five layer structure heat joined together in manufacture, resulting in it being very tough, robust, yet low in weight and straight forward to handle.
