Using a patented formula the Revolution Pool Cover is made from a modified polymerized plastic that is designed to be tough, flexible, resilient to ultra violate attack and resistant to chemicals while transferring heat in one direction and thermally insulative the other. It is made from a five layer structure heat joined together in manufacture, resulting in it being very strong, robust, yet low in weight and easy to handle.
