Using a patented formula each Revolution Pool Cover is made from a unique plastic polymer that is engineered to be tough, flexible, resilient to ultra violate attack and resistant to chemicals while transferring heat one way and thermally reflective in the other. The cover is made up from a 5 layer laminate fused together in manufacture, resulting in it being very tough, robust, yet light weight and straight forward to handle.
