Material

With its patented composition the Revolution Pool Cover is made from a modified polymerized plastic that is engineered to be tough, flexible, resilient to ultra violate attack and resistant to chemicals while transferring heat in one direction and thermally insulative the other. The cover is made up from a 5 layer laminate bonded together in manufacture, resulting in it being very strong, robust, yet low in weight and straight forward to handle.
