Using a patented formula each Revolution Pool Cover is made from a modified plastic polymer that is designed to be tough, supple, UV stable and resistant to chemicals while transferring heat one way and thermally insulative the other. The cover is made up from a 5 layer laminate fused together in manufacture, resulting in it being very strong, robust, yet light weight and straight forward to handle.
