Material

With its patented composition the Revolution Pool Cover is made from a modified plastic polymer that is engineered to be tough, flexible, resilient to ultra violate attack and chemically resistant while being both thermally conductive in one direction and thermally reflective in the other. The cover is made up from a 5 layer laminate fused together in manufacture, resulting in it being very tough, robust, yet low in weight and easy to handle.
