Material

Using a patented formula the Revolution Pool Cover is made from a modified polymerized plastic that is designed to be tough, flexible, UV stable and chemically resistant while transferring heat one way and thermally insulative the other. It is made from a five layer structure bonded together in manufacture, resulting in it being very strong, robust, yet low in weight and straight forward to handle.
