Material

Using a patented formula the Revolution Pool Cover is made from a modified polymerized plastic that is designed to be strong, supple, resilient to ultra violate attack and chemically resistant while transferring heat in one direction and thermally reflective in the other. It is made from a five layer structure heat joined together in manufacture, resulting in it being very strong, robust, yet light weight and easy to handle.
