Material

Using a patented formula the Revolution Pool Cover is made from a special polymerized plastic that is engineered to be strong, flexible, resilient to ultra violate attack and resistant to chemicals while being both thermally conductive in one direction and thermally insulative the other. It is made from a five layer structure bonded together in manufacture, making it very tough, robust, yet light weight and straight forward to handle.
