Material

With its patented composition the Revolution Pool Cover is made from a modified plastic polymer that is designed to be tough, flexible, UV stable and resistant to chemicals while being both thermally conductive one way and thermally insulative the other. The cover is made up from a 5 layer laminate fused together in manufacture, resulting in it being very strong, robust, yet light weight and easy to handle.
