Material

Using a patented formula the Revolution Pool Cover is made from a modified plastic polymer that is engineered to be tough, flexible, UV stable and resistant to chemicals while transferring heat one way and thermally reflective in the other. The cover is made up from a 5 layer laminate bonded together in manufacture, resulting in it being very strong, robust, yet light weight and easy to handle.
